Community Service   We'd like to introduce ourselves as the new Community Service Chairs- it will take two of us to do the job of our predecessors! A special thanks to Janey Fairchild for handing over a very organized fabric stash.   We have plans to disperse the stash in different ways, ultimately resulting in finished quilts for those in need. A major push will be contacting all the members who indicate an interest in Community Service on their membership forms, perhaps getting together periodically to put together quilts. We need your input to come up with an ongoing destination for these quilts,rather than a few here , few there . . . we hope to have more quilts than that!!! It would also help decide whether we need adult, child, male, or female quilts. We'd like to publicly reward our volunteers by posting photos of quilts and their makers at meetings.
